Salon Services

Service bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled in advance of the appointment time. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged in full or in part.

Completed salon services are non refundable.

If you have any concerns about a service you have received, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the matter.


Retail Products

Unused, unopened, and resalable retail products purchased through our website may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided proof of purchase is supplied. 

Returned products must be in their original condition and packaging. Method

We do not accept returns for opened, used, or damaged products unless the item is faulty.

Where a product is confirmed to be faulty, a refund or exchange will be offered in accordance with applicable consumer law.
